Housekeeping Supervisor - Full-time 38hrs per week
The Housekeeping Supervisor leads and coordinates Clean Stays' housekeeping operations across two property teams — Northern Beaches and Cairns City — ensuring guest-ready presentation standards are consistently met. The role supervises casual and part-time housekeeping staff, trains and mentors new employees, and reports through a matrix structure to the company's Director and Company Secretary.

DownloadKey Duties-
- Team Supervision and Coordination of daily activities including rostering, workload allocation, staff direction and assistance.
- Quality Control and Standards- site inspections, identifying and resolving property issues, ensuring consistent property presentation standards, ensuring team adhere to workplace safety protocols
- Training and Mentoring of new Housekeepers to support ongoing skill development of the team, and participate in staff performance reviews
- Administrative tasks including maintaining accurate records of rostering and staff timesheets, stock levels, purchasing and inventory.
Essential Skills Required-
Driver's licence and ability to drive small and large vehicle up to 12 seats in Australia
Evidence of Team leadership and mentorship
Physical capacity to carry out cleans when required
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Time Management Skills
Qualifications in either hospitality, tourism and/or business management
Desirable Skills-
Experience in short-term rental management or holiday accomodation services
Experience with software pertaining to property management or task scheduling
Xero Business software experience, or similar business software
